In recent years, Team Montem.training have been thrilled by the Swedish sport - Swimrun, which we can highly recommend to try as it takes place in nature and is challenging in all areas because of heat, cold, many transitions between swimming and running, and that it is a team sport.
We have participated in several competitions and know what is required on very different Swimrun competitions in the world.
We are ambassador for the sport swimrun and ultra swimrun with a global swimrun network. As active athletes, we train and compete in all distances within swimrun and ultra swimrun around Europe.
